Necessary tips for writing the text of the article:

Persian and English fonts

- The article should be written in Persian, in Word Document version 2010 and higher in Windows environment with Persian features.

- The main text of the article should be prepared in a single column with B Nazanin font and pt. 12 size, single space.

- The titles of all sections should be typed in B Nazanin font and pt. 14 size, bold, and the titles of subsections should be typed in B Nazanin font and pt. 12 size, bold.

- The English font should be Times New Roman and its size should be two sizes smaller than the Persian font; for example, if the Persian font is 14, the English font should be 12.

2. Paragraphs

- The title of each section or subsection should be typed and numbered with one blank line from the end of the text of the previous section.

5/2 cm

5/2 cm

- The first line of all paragraphs should have an indent of 0.5 cm (or 6 basebars).

- Apart from the abstract page, other parts of the article should be written with a distance of 5/2 cm from the left, right and bottom margins of the paper. The top margin is also the conference title page.

3. Words, symbols and units

- The hyphenation of words should be observed (for example: centimeters instead of centimeters, figures instead of figures, photos instead of photos)

- For foreign words, use the Persian equivalents of the term as much as possible.

- Symbols and signs (signs) and indices used References in the text of the article must be based on the ISI standard.

- Any variable or symbol used in the text of the article must be introduced in the footnote at the first reference to it.

- Persian or English abbreviations that are summarized as a few words or a sentence should be written in full in the footnote at the first reference to it.

- The units of numbers or quantities that appear in the text, tables and figures, or that indicate the titles of the axes of a graph, must be stated in standard forms and in the SI system.

4. Number of pages of the article

- The complete article, including Persian and English abstracts, the text of the article, figures, tables and references, which is prepared in accordance with this style guide, must not exceed 8 A4 pages.

- The pages of the article must be numbered and the number of each page should be placed at the bottom and on the left.

5. Footnotes

- If you need to insert a footnote, all items should be in Persian and aligned with B Nazanin font and pt. 9 size And English subtitles should be written left-aligned in Times New Roman font, size pt. 8.

6. Formulas

- To display mathematical relationships and formulas, use a two-column table with invisible lines as shown in the example below. In the right column of this table, write the relationship number and in the left column, write the relevant relationship or formula. **(It is recommended to use Microsoft Equation when writing formulas)**. If the formulas are prepared in Microsoft Word 2007, the submitted file must be saved with the *.docx extension to prevent the formulas from being converted into images. All formulas should be numbered sequentially from 1 and the number of each formula should be placed in parentheses. Like the following formula:

(1)

- Instead of the different expressions "equation, formula, and ...", use the single expression "relationship".

Tables

- Each table should have a code or number and a title (description) that should be at the top of the table and aligned in bold B Nazanin font and pt. 10 size.

- If the tables have references, the reference number should be mentioned in parentheses at the end of the table title.

- Tables should be numbered sequentially starting from the number 1.

- Tables should be placed in the first possible place after the first reference to them in the text. Avoid using the word "number" for tables. Consider the following two examples of how to refer to tables:

-- As shown in Table (3) ....

-- The results of the analysis of variance showed that the production of forage in different domains differ significantly from each other (Table 3).

- Table column headings should be centered (B Nazanin pt. 9 bold) and all texts within the table should be typed in a right-aligned (B Nazanin pt. 10 thin) if they are Persian, and in a left-aligned (Times New Roman 8 pt.) if they are English.

- All numbers in tables should be typed in Persian and centered.

- It is mandatory to state the units of quantities in the table.

- The table itself should be placed in a right-aligned position relative to the sides of the page.

- Each table should be placed with one blank line of space from the text before and after it.

8. Figures and diagrams
- Instead of the various expressions "chart, image, diagram, map, etc.," the single expression "figure" should be used.

- Each figure should have a code (number) and a title (explanation), which should be typed below it in a center-aligned manner in B Nazanin bold font and pt. 10 size.

- Figures can be in color or black and white, but in such a way that their colors and details are recognizable when printed in black and white.
- Figures should be numbered sequentially from 1.

- Figures should be placed within the text and after the first reference to them.

- Avoid using the word "number" for figures. Consider the following two examples of how to refer to figures:

-- As shown in Figure (4) ....

-- The results of the analysis of variance showed that the production of forage in different areas differ significantly from each other (Figure 5).

- It is mandatory to mention the unit of quantities in figures.
- All figures should be referenced in the text of the article. When preparing figures, pay attention to the size of the numbers, words, quantities and the figure legend to be large enough and legible.
- Place each figure with one blank line before and after the text.

- If the figures have references, the reference number should be mentioned in parentheses at the end of the figure title.

- Figures should be placed in the middle of the paper.

9. References
Persian sources should be in B Nazanin 12 font; and foreign sources should be in Times New Roman 11 font

In writing the references used, Persian references should be mentioned first and then English references. The order of writing the references should also be based on alphabetical order. All references must be referenced in the text of the article. For writing references in Persian, use the Persian reference style and for references in English, use the English reference style. The list of references, which includes the names of all authors, should be at the end of the article and after the figures in alphabetical order.

References

In the text of the article, the sources used should be introduced by mentioning the numbers in parentheses. There should be no space between the reference numbers and only commas should be used (4,2,18).
When citing the author(s) in the text of the article, the source number should be given in parentheses before the author(s)'s name and the year should be avoided.
If there are more than two authors of the cited sources, the first author's last name should be given in the text and the word "et al." should be used.
The sources used should be numbered in alphabetical order of the first author's last name and should be given at the end of the article.
If there are multiple authors, after writing the first author's last name and initials, the other authors should first write the first initial and then the last name of each of them.
The full name of the journals should be mentioned. Also, the first letter of each word in the journal name should be capitalized.
The appropriate placement of periods, commas, colons, and spaces should be considered, as in the examples below.
Only the first letter of the first word in the title of the sources should be capitalized.
For translated books, the source should be written based on the last name and the names of the translators.
For books, in order: authors (translators), year of publication, full title of the book, volume number, edition number, publisher, city and country of the publisher and number of pages of the book.
For articles, in order: author(s), year of publication of the article, title of the article, title of the journal, volume number, journal number in parentheses and the first and last pages of the article in the journal.
Conference papers, in order: author(s), year of publication, title of the article, title of the conference, number of pages, place (city and country) of the conference
Theses, in order: author, year, title, thesis level (M.Sc., Ph.D.), university, city, country, number of pages.
All sources published in Persian must be written in English, in other words, there should be no Persian-language sources in the list of references. Persian sources should be distinguished from non-Persian sources by writing (In Persian) at the end.
For sources published by an institution or organization without mentioning the names of the individuals, the name of the institution or organization can be given at the beginning or the word Anonymous can be used.
For Internet sources, the full Internet address should be given at the end of the source.
If using sources that are in print, use (In press) in parentheses after the name of the author(s).
